Professional Cooking Qualifications
If you are looking for a career in cookery the Leiths Essential Certificate in Practical Cookery, the Leiths Foundation Certificate in Food and Wine and the Leiths Diploma in Food and Wine will be starting shortly (16 August and 27 September). Leiths Awards Winners Announced
The Leiths Diploma graduation ceremony was met with relief and excitement after a three terms of hard work in the Leiths kitchens and a week of tense examination for the 84 students completing the Leiths Diploma in Food and Wine.
