When East Meets West: Chef Frederick Forster at Leiths

Leiths is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2015. To mark this historic milestone we have joined forces with creative and unique restaurant/boutique hotel, Boundary to create a new training program for Leiths students.  Frederick Forster visited Leiths this week and gave a demonstration to Diploma students.
