1066 and udder things. An evening of superb British cheeses.
An opportunity to learn, taste and immerse oneself in the extraordinary world of fine British cheeses.
What the Romans did for us, what Miss Muffit taught us and of course the cost (and perhaps the benefit) of losing to those Normans.
This will be a great evening of British Food History illustrated with flavours, textures and of course a wedge of pungency.
All cheese classes are hosted by Tom Badcock, lecturer in cheese and food history. They include an expansive cheese tasting, refreshments, and the opportunity to share the evening with a true aficionado.
