A Vegetarian Cruise of the Mediterranean

Covering contemporary dishes such as Tian of Creamy Aubergine; Red Pepper and Courgette Polenta Terrine; the tastiest Harira ever and Pistachio and Pomegranate Baklava, you  will be inspired by the  flavours of the continent to enliven  your vegetarian entertaining.
