Absolute Beginners Cookery Class
This course is ideal for those leaving home, or for anyone who has little or no experience in the kitchen. Every day is entirely hands-on as your practice your new skills, cooking delicious simple recipes with the helpful guidance of the Leiths teachers.
As well as covering essential cooking skills, you will learn simple but impressive presentation techniques and there is an emphasis on cooking nutritionally balanced food on a budget.
Armed with new confidence, you will have the know-how to turn humble ingredients into delicious meals without even following a recipe.
We will also look at presentation and how to make very simple dishes look impressive and students will learn how humble ingredients can make delicious meals.
The days will be all practical, hands-on cookery sessions.
