An Introduction to Baking
Join us at Leiths for this four part evening covering all the essential techniques and skills to get amateur cooks baking at home. With each evening class covering a different skill, over the course of four evenings guests will learn to create a variety of baked goods.
From quintessential cakes for your culinary repertoire, such as moist syrup cakes and savoury biscuits, through to tackling more tricky pastry techniques, like treacle tarts and impressive smoked haddock gougère, the course will leave you with an impressive range of knowledge on the art of baking.
