This half day workshop will show you how to make 5 mouth-watering cakes, including mini pistachio cakes with lemon drizzle icing and Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate buttercream.
Take home 3 different cakes you have made yourself, including a tray of our delicious Leiths chocolate brownies. Once we have shown you these methods, you will have the confidence to cook virtually any cake recipe you have always wanted to try. A light lunch is provided
