Menu for chocolate puddings workshop 2 October:
Chocolate meringues with warm vanilla raspberries and white chocolate sauce
Bitter chocolate mousse with passion fruit sauce and lavender caraque
Individual rich chocolate cakes with Armagnac prunes and kalhua cream
Lunch is not provided however pudding will be served with a glass of dessert wine.
