Join Max Clark, co-author of Leiths latest cookery book, Leiths Meat Bible, for a chocolate puddings workshop at Leiths.  Max has been at Leiths for 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning all aspects of cookery.

Menu for chocolate puddings workshop 2 October:

Chocolate meringues with warm vanilla raspberries and white chocolate sauce

Bitter chocolate mousse with passion fruit sauce and lavender caraque

Individual rich chocolate cakes with Armagnac prunes and kalhua cream

Lunch is not provided however pudding will be served with a glass of dessert wine.
