Christmas Food and Wine Tasting with Richard Bampfield MW
Selecting the food and wines for one of the most important menus of the year can be a daunting task.
This wine and food tasting session takes you through every course of the traditional Christmas lunch, from a delicious peach nectar Bellini aperitif through to the cheese board and of course, something to savour with the late afternoon mince pies. The wine list will be a challenging one, with interesting and unusual inclusions to complement the menu.
All of the food sampled will be freshly cooked during the tasting session and there will be opportunities throughout the evening to chat with the chef and pick up cooking tips, carving techniques etc, making this the perfect Christmas present for those with an interest in both wine and food.
Freshly baked warm, buttermilk bread will be served throughout the evening.
