Confident Cooking Evening Course
This 10-week course is particularly designed for busy people who want to put a delicious dinner party together quickly and simply. We assume a basic knowledge of cooking.
This course covers knife skills, making fresh pasta, classic pastry, bread dough, filleting flat fish, sweet sauces, risotto and warm salads. It will incorporate Middle Eastern, Japanese and Modern British styles of cooking.
Classes start at 6.30pm and finish at 8.30-9pm.
Sample recipes
Pork tenderloin with fresh bay salt and cider sauce, spatchcock grilled poussin with gremolata, banana maple tatin, pear and Amaretti cake.
