Cookies and Cake Pops

After the success of last year’s Master Classes from Juliet Sear of Fancy Nancy and Christine Lee of Boo Lee Scrumptious!  this year we are introducing Cookies and Cake Pops, the definitive class for mastering both of these fun and fashionable confectionaries.

Juliet and Christine will be showing you how to make, bake and decorate cookies. They will also give advice on how to display, present and wrap your cookies.

The class will also delve into the world of cake pops, a craze that followed the cupcake over the Atlantic. After a demonstration of baking the perfect chocolate truffle cake, you will learn how to transform this into a cake pop which you will decorate elegantly. You will also be shown ribboning and wrapping to display your cake pops at their best.

By the time you leave with your box of delights you will be prepared for professional and home cookie and cake pop making.

This course will include refreshments on arrival and a light lunch.
