Effortless Entertaining
If you enjoy entertaining at home but lack the inspiration or time, this four part evening course is ideal. The recipes are designed to be easily achievable for cooks of all levels, and most of the food can be prepared ahead of time, leaving you free to enjoy the company of your guests.
Each week, with the guidance of the Leiths teachers, you will cook a two or three course menu. Included in the evening will also be tips on how to plan ahead, how to make your food look great, and lots of other recipe ideas around similar themes.
Each evening sit down to enjoy your dinner with a well earned glass of wine. There will be food to take home too.
SAMPLE RECIPES: Baked ricotta with coriander and pomegranate molasses; Asian fish cakes with pickled fennel and cucumber; Crab and chilli linguini; Individual chicken and grainy mustard pies; Kir Royale jellies.
