Evening Carving Demonstration
Carving, once a skill passed down the generations, is in danger of becoming a lost art. Join us at Leiths for an evening of enlightenment as this elusive skill is celebrated and demonstrated, so that you can carve with confidence.
The evening begins with a glass of Prosecco. You will then be shown, with detailed explanation, how to carve shoulder of lamb, ham, pork, turkey and fore rib of beef. The Leiths chefs will be delighted to answer your culinary questions throughout.
The evening concludes with an informal ‘sandwich supper’. The price of the course includes a carving knife and fork, so you can return home ready to out your new found skills into practise.
