Evening Cookery Courses

Introducing a new series of evening courses at Leiths; these hands-on courses are held on weekday evenings for beginners or more experienced cooks. If time is always an issue the ‘Simple Suppers’ and ‘Effortless Entertaining’ courses are ideal.

For those wishing to improve their cooking skills, the ‘Cooking with Confidence’ series provides inspirational recipes with plenty of kitchen know-how. Should you want to focus on a specific area of cookery our four part fish course and another dedicated to pastry will banish any hesitation in tackling these popular subjects.

Classes run from 6.45-9.15pm.
