Fish Masterclass with Martin Teplitzky
Join Martin Teplitzky, for a hands on fish workshop. Martin has owned 2 critically acclaimed restaurants in his native Sydney and delights in sharing his style with others. His recipes use both European and Asian ingredients and techniques and utilises both the modern and more classical approach to cooking. This workshop would suit a keen home cook or professional. Martin’s relaxed teaching style promises a hugely enjoyable class.
Martin will guide you through some of the finer points and techniques associated with the perfect preparation and cooking of fish.
This can be taken as a 1 day course 10.30 am – 4pm, or with the shellfish class as a 2 day Masterclass for a reduced price of £285.
It will be a practical session, with some demonstration by Martin.It will include a light lunch. Dishes will include Baked Fillet of Sea bass with Lime and Ginger Beurre Blanc, Deep Fried Chilli Squid with Sea Salt and Provencal Fish Soup with Rouille.
