Fish Workshop
In this one day workshop learn the different preparation methods for fish such as filleting and pin boning round fish, filleting and skinning flat fish, testing for freshness and testing when fish is cooked and then practice these techniques during the hands on part of the class. Students will also learn to make sauces to compliment some of the dishes. A light lunch is included.
