Half Day Practical – Surprisingly Healthy

The ideal time to learn from the professionals in an informal atmosphere with our Saturday morning cooking classes. The sessions, which start at 9.30 for 10am and finish after lunch at about 2pm, reflect seasonality and provide easy dinner party ideas. They are relaxed and informative.

We start with coffee on arrival and practical sessions will begin with a briefing of the morning’s recipes.  You work in pairs to prepare and cook your own 3-course lunch during the morning, and then enjoy eating it with a glass of wine.

Demonstration sessions will allow you to learn new recipes to be enjoyed for lunch with a glass of wine.

We have created a suprisingly healthy menu for Saturday 23 October:

Marinated Salmon and cucumber salad

Sumac chicken with sweet tomato relish

Green bean and cherry tomato salad with capers and coriander

Sticky chocolate puddings with sour cherries
