Indian Cooking with Angela Malik
We are delighted to welcome former Leiths Cookery Diploma student Angela Malik back to the school to share the secrets of cooking authentic Indian food. Since graduating, Angela has established herself as a successful teacher, specializing in Asian cuisine.
In this hands-on class, Angela will demystify the art of curry making. The class will begin with coffee and pastries. There will a short demonstration before you commence cooking. Leiths teachers will be on hand throughout the day to answer your culinary queries. Lunch (of your own making) will be served at the end of the session, with a well earned glass of wine.
