Knife Skills Workshop with Chicken and Fish

Learn how to fillet flat and round fish, as well as how to joint a chicken in this essential masterclass. The focus of this class is to give you the confidence to prepare chicken and fish at home with ease. Following a detailed demonstration, the rest of the class is hands-on as you practice your skills. Everything that you prepare can be taken home.

Although many people choose to attend Knife Skills Workshop – Fruit, Vegetables and Herbs first, it is not necessary to have attended any other knife skills classes in order to enrol on this class.  

Typical Skills covered: jointing a chicken, filleting and skinning a flat fish, filleting round fish, julienne, slicing, vegetable ribbons.
