Ever popular, this series of hands-on classes with Yotam Ottolenghi and partner Sami Tamimi offers a glimpse into their vibrant world of exotic salads, heady spices and scented sweet treats. Recreate some of their favourite dishes, drawn from their delis, restaurants and books with the help of the experts, and learn to entertain ‘Ottolenghi’ style.

Sample Menu of Ottolenghi day:

• Warm halloumi and chicory with pomegranate and walnut
• Roasted aubergine with preserved lemon and chilli yogurt
• Halibut in chreime (North African sauce)
• French bean salad with fennel, roast cherry tomato and basil oil
• Poached quince with star anise, blackberries and vanilla ice cream
