Ottolenghi Classes

Ever popular, this series of hands-on classes with Yotam Ottolenghi and partner Sami Tamimi offers a glimpse into their vibrant world of exotic salads, heady spices and scented sweet treats. Recreate some of their favourite dishes, drawn from their delis, restaurants and books with the help of the experts, and learn how to entertain ‘Ottolenghi’ style.

Each class is hosted by either Yotam or Sami (as stated), assisted by a team of Leiths chefs. Working in pairs, you will create a selection of stunning Ottolenghi dishes to be enjoyed over a leisurely lunch with wine.
