One Week Courses

Our one week courses are perfect for those wishing to immerse themselves in a cooking holiday in the heart of London. They are also suitable for experienced cooks wishing to brush up on their skills and gain new inspiration. Running at different times throughout the year, they cover the same key skills as our longer courses but there are no exams. The atmosphere is relaxed and there are endless opportunities to glean cooking tips from the experienced Leiths teachers.  

We also run specialist courses, usually in the summer holidays, such as our Teenagers Class or Easy Dinner parties.

White and Blue Coding

There are two Key Cooking Skills one week courses that run at different times over the year and back to back as a two week course in July. To make it clear they are called Blue and White and if taken separately they can be taken in any order. The two course are not gradated in terms of difficulty, they simply cover different techniques. Both courses introduce you to kitchen basics, such as knife skills, how to follow recipes, when it’s important to weigh ingredients, baking, meat and fish cooking, and include lots of recipes for both home cooking and entertaining.  

We are glad to discuss the suitability of each course with you. Certificates of attendance and references are available on request.

Please  note: Everything you make is yours to take home and all ingredients are provided by the school,  however lunch is not provided.
