Ottolenghi Morning with Yotam Ottolenghi
We start with coffee on arrival and practical sessions will begin with a briefing of the morning’s recipes with Yotam Ottolenghi or his business partner Sami Tamimi (as specified on the course title). You will then work in pairs to prepare and cook your own 3-course, Ottolenghi lunch during the morning, then sit down and enjoy eating it with wine.

Lamb kebabs with pine nuts, tahini sauce, warm butter and parsley
Saffron rice with barberries, pistachio and mixed herbs
Baked okra with tomato, lemon and coriander
French beans with tarragon, sesame and garlic
Poached quince with star anise, blackberries and vanilla ice-cream
