Ottolenghi Morning with Yotam Ottolenghi

Potato soup with truffles

We start with coffee on arrival and practical sessions will begin with a briefing of the morning’s recipes with Yotam Ottolenghi or Head Chef of Ottolenghi’s Sami Tamimi (as specified on the course title).  You will then work in pairs to prepare and cook your own 3-course, Ottolenghi lunch during the morning, then sit down and enjoy eating it with wine.

Bulgur and cauliflower tabouleh with red onion, pomegranate and sweet spices

Smoked aubergine salad with red onion, yellow pepper, tomato and cumin

Swiss chard cakes with Greek yoghurt

Purple sprouting broccoli with chilli, garlic and lemon

Busbusa: semolina, orange and coconut cake
