Ottolenghi Morning with Yotam Ottolenghi
We start with coffee on arrival and practical sessions will begin with a briefing of the morning’s recipes with Yotam Ottolenghi or his business partner Sami Tamimi (as specified on the course title). You will then work in pairs to prepare and cook your own 3-course, Ottolenghi lunch during the morning, then sit down and enjoy eating it with wine.
Menu for 4 December with Yotam Ottolenghi:
Roasted aubergine with herb yoghurt sauce and pomegranate seeds
Whole quail stuffed with pork, pine nuts and herbs, braised in tamarind
Freekeh pilaf
Mixed herb salad with lemon and honey dressing
Baked pears in white wine and cardamom, served with crème fraiche
