Pastry Evening Course
Pastry perfection is achievable if you know how. This 4 part evening course arranged as two sessions each week for 2 weeks combines demonstrations and plenty of hands-on cooking, always under the skilful guidance of the Leiths team. Each session focuses on making different pastries including: choux, shortcrust, pâte sucrée, rough puff, pâte sablée and even an ingenious cream cheese pastry. After four classes, you will have a truly impressive range of pastries and a repertoire of sweet and savoury dishes to reproduce at home. Once you have mastered the art of pastry making, you will have the confidence to create endless variations of pies, tarts and biscuits, to the delight of your family and friends.
