A Taste of Ireland
In preparation for St Patrick’s day, why not join us at Leiths for an edible exploration of Ireland? Taught by our expert Leiths teachers, you will be carefully guided as you cook a traditional Irish menu, featuring classic favourites such as soda bread and chowder, through to the more experimental Guinness chocolate cake.
The day begins with coffee and pastries, followed by a morning of hands-on cooking. At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy a lunch that you have helped to prepare, with a well earned glass of wine.
