Seasonal Spanish Workshop
Join Spanish food expert Jenny Chandler for a morning of seasonal Spanish cooking. Author of The Food of Northern Spain and The Real Taste of Spain, Jenny will share the secrets of authentic Spanish cooking in ths hands-on workshop.
Focusing on the diverse cuisines from the country’s regions, and aided by the Leiths chefs, Jenny will teach you to recreate a seasonal Spanish menu at home.
This course will include refreshments on arrival and a lunch which you will have prepared, accompanied by a well-earned glass of wine.

Moorish lamb kebabs
Levante spiced almond and hazelnut Romesco Sauce with griddled vegetables
Basque squid cazuela
Catalan Duck with pears and an apple and cider cake
