Starting a Food Business Workshop
This one day business workshop hosted by Chris Barber, Managing Director of Leiths Food Solutions, is an interactive day aimed at those thinking of starting a restaurant or food business.
Chris Barber brings his years of hands-on experience as a chef, hotelier and restaurateur and more recently as a business advisor, to offer essential insights into drafting business plans, cash flow and financial planning, menu writing and creating a successful business from a bright idea.
As well as receiving practical advice and guidance, you will take part in a number of exercises designed to help you identify the key elements of a successful business.
The course is open to both Leiths graduates and members of the public who are considering a leap into the food industry.
