The Mountain Cheeses – Altitude, Attitude and Magnificence
An opportunity to learn, taste and immerse oneself in extraordinary Mountain cheeses.
This pungent evening follows the development and perfection of the finest cheeses the mountains protect and hide. Ancient tribes of cheesemakers continue as they have for eons, little has changed. The result is a sensational slice of history and great flavours. This is an evening of rich, sweet and magnificently old cheeses.
Leiths cheese evenings are hosted by Tom Badcock, lecturer in cheese and food history. They include an expansive cheese tasting, refreshments, and the opportunity to share the evening with a true aficionado.
