Spend an inspirational day with celebrated chef Valentine Warner as he unravels the secrets of the sea.
In this hands-on class, Valentine will ignite your culinary imagination, sharing methods of cooking and preparing fish and introducing delicious flavour combinations. If you wish to increase your knowledge of seasonable and sustainable fish consumption, you will find Valentine’s knowledge invaluable. “My father animated the country side that surrounded us and here I learnt the important connection between the natural world and the table, finding the lives of the plants and animals as interesting as the dish they provide.”
The day starts with coffee and pastries. The class, which will include both demonstration and plenty of hands-on participation, will conclude with a delicious lunch cooked by the students, and a well earned glass of wine.
