International Students
Foreign Language Students
Students for whom English is a second language should normally have reached an IELTS (The International English Language Testing System) band score (or equivalent) of 6 for the ten week course and 6.5 for longer courses.
Students from abroad may be required to send a résumé of their cooking experience, knowledge and skills.
Eligibility and Accommodation
Students wishing to join a cookery Certificate or Diploma Course should make an appointment for an interview with the teaching staff, who will advise on availability and entry requirements for each course. The School is non-residential, but we can help in finding accommodation. Please see our accomodation page for further details on accomodation.
Visas
Due to recent changes introduced by U.K.B.A we are currently unable to take applications from any more non-E.U. students on courses longer than 1 term (11 weeks). Please contact the school for further information. We are sorry for this very frustrating situation.
