New Matching Food with Wine Evening Classes

We are very excited about our new drinks classes for this Autumn. Choose between matching wine to an entire Christmas Menu (including Champagne, Port and Sherry) hosted by experienced MW, Richard Bampfield, or be guided by Nancy Gilchrist, MW, and match dessert wines to a range of delicious desserts . There will be 6 generous tasters of food cooked by Leiths teachers who will be on hand to answer any cookery questions you may have, these dishes will then be matched to 6 wines by our MW’s who will explain how and why the wine compliments each dish.
