Ingredients

Serves 4

Gilda (Anchovy, Pepper and Olive Pincho)
8 salted anchovies
8 sweet Guindilla peppers
16 pitted Manzanilla olives

Instructions

  1. Simply thread the anchovies, peppers and olives onto 8 wooden cocktail sticks, curling the peppers and anchovies around the olives.
