We're Hiring - Part Time Press and Marketing Assistant

We are no longer taking applications for this role.

Do you love everything about food, from trying out recipes to tasting new cuisines? Do your top skills include organisation, administration, writing and amateur food photography? If so, we might have the job for you. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work for three days a week for the next six months.

This entry level role will include a range of administrative tasks, such as gathering and organising press coverage and customer feedback, proofreading, and helping to send out brochures. The successful candidate will also take photographs in Leiths cookery classes, assist on video shoots, come up with imaginative ways to interact with our customers on social media, help manage our blog, and, with guidance, upload regular press updates on Food4Media.

The Marketing Assistant will provide practical support ahead of the Leiths Open Evening on 6th June, and must be free to work that evening. This is an opportunity to work in an extremely friendly and supportive environment with a fantastic reputation and great links to other organisations in the food industry. Salary to be agreed, but will exceed London Living Wage.

We are flexible about which days are worked each week, which will make it easier to fit this role around other commitments. Employees enjoy free snacks, hot drinks, a daily buffet lunch and Friday leftovers.
