Summary An Evening with Ben Tish: Dishes from Sicilia

  • Tue 13 Jul 2021   18.30 - 21.30

Sitting at the heart of the Mediterranean, the food of Sicily is rich with citrus, almonds and an enticing plethora of spices; the home of the iconic pasta alla Norma, crispy arancini and copious amounts of fresh seafood. Join Ben Tish for an evening at Leiths to celebrate the launch of his new cookbook Sicilia, dedicated to his love of the flavours and diversity of the dishes of this idyllic Italian island.

Ben will be demonstrating four recipes from his book, which you’ll be able to taste first hand. During this interactive evening, witness the magic of Ben at work creating an array of delicious dishes, whilst you relax with a glass of Sicilian wine specially chosen to compliment the dishes, chat to Ben as he cooks, ask questions, and get your hands on a signed copy of Sicilia.

The Menu
