Summary Bundt Baking Masterclass

Bundt cakes are not just for bake-off experts. Join us for our wonderful hands-on cookery class dedicated to teaching you all about bundt baking.

What we love about bundts are that they are unique in both their shape and the fact they look incredibly impressive. Even someone new to baking will be able to make a spectacular bundt cake, which is sure to enhance any special occasion.

You’ll learn the two key techniques used to make a bundt cake; ‘all-in-one’ and also the creaming method. Our expert teachers will teach you a great base recipe, which you can then experiment with and add different flavours, perhaps even swirling or marbling your mixture for a stunning finish.

To encourage a successful bake each time, you’ll be guided through the quirky perils of bundts, how to ensure even cooking, and most importantly how to turn them out from their tins!

Choose to enjoy some of your bakes with a cup of refreshing Jing tea, and take the rest home. The unique skills learnt on this cookery course will stay with you for many years to come.
