Summary Fresh Flavours of Sri Lanka

Learn to make the authentic Sri Lankan street food that has made London restaurants like Hoppers a sell-out success.

Our Leiths teachers will give you a thorough introduction to Sri Lankan cooking, talking you through how to make coconut milk from fresh coconuts, and using spices and trendy new ingredients like Maldivian fish flakes to their best advantage.

While the ingredients and techniques used in this class are relatively new to the UK, they’re easy to master, leaving you with a whole new cuisine in your culinary repertoire.

Typical recipes may include:

  • Chicken Curry
  • Dhal Curry
  • Brinjol Moju (sweet aubergine relish)
  • Seeni Sambol (sweet onion relish)
  • Spiced Pumpkin Cake

Please note, recipes may change.
