Due to the coronavirus outbreak Leiths has made the difficult decision to cancel all planned courses (except our online courses) until the end of May. In these exceptional circumstances all students who have booked places on our courses will be offered the opportunity to cancel or reschedule their course. If you are currently in the process of taking a multi-part course, you will be offered new dates to complete the course later in the year. Of course we will be dealing with a high volume of calls and emails and we thank you for your understanding and patience during this unsettling time. We look forward to cooking with you at Leiths in the near future.


When we share food it brings us together, and there is no better place to cook, taste, and catch up than at Leiths!

Using gorgeous fresh ingredients, you’ll create a range of sharing dishes, from Lamb koftas with tzatziki to Mussels with cider and chorizo.

In the run up to the event, we'll work with you to plan all the details, helping you select a delicious two course menu.

On the day, our experienced, friendly teachers will show your group how to cook the dishes you have selected. You’ll then roll up your sleeves and enjoy the therapeutic process of cooking.

Once everything is ready, you'll sit down together to savour your creations.

Dishes will be served informally and passed around the table, and there will be plenty of delicious food to fill everyone’s plates.

This event is two and a half hours long, and will include:

  • A glass of Prosecco or wine on arrival or with your meal
  • A seasonal two course menu of sharing dishes chosen by you with help from our team
  • Guidance from our expert chefs (1 chef per 8 guests)
  • Coffee and tisanes
  • Recipes for all of the dishes to take home
  • A Leiths gift bag
