Let our experienced and knowledgeable chefs guide your team as they cook a delicious three course menu using fresh, carefully sourced ingredients.

In the run up to the event, we’ll work with you to plan all the details, helping you select a menu of three delicious seasonal dishes. 

There are dozens of options to choose from, from earthy Wild mushroom risotto to Venison steaks with blackcurrant sauce.

On the day, our teachers will demonstrate professional cookery skills and before guiding your group as they cook.

With one Leiths chef for every eight guests, we’ll make sure everyone has an amazing time, whatever their ability.

And as we are a professional cookery school, you won’t just learn to cook recipes, you’ll learn key culinary skills that can be used to cook a wide range of dishes.

Once everything is perfectly cooked and looking beautiful, everyone will sit down to enjoy the fruits of their labour with delicious wines from Louis Latour.

Our One Star event is three hours long, and will include:

  • A glass of Prosecco or elderflower cordial and nibbles on arrival
  • A seasonal 3 course menu with dietary options chosen by you with help from our team
  • Guidance from our expert chefs (1 chef per 8 guests)
  • Half bottle of Louis Latour Mâcon-Villages” Chameroy” or Morgon “Les Corcelettes” wine per person with the meal
  • Coffee, tisanes and chocolate truffles
  • Recipes for all of the dishes to take home
  • A Leiths gift bag
