Due to the coronavirus outbreak Leiths has made the difficult decision to cancel all planned courses (except our online courses) until the end of May. In these exceptional circumstances all students who have booked places on our courses will be offered the opportunity to cancel or reschedule their course. If you are currently in the process of taking a multi-part course, you will be offered new dates to complete the course later in the year. Of course we will be dealing with a high volume of calls and emails and we thank you for your understanding and patience during this unsettling time. We look forward to cooking with you at Leiths in the near future.

In the weeks beforehand, we'll work with you to plan all the details, helping you select a menu of three delicious seasonal dishes.

Each dish will introduce you to new chef’s techniques and exciting flavour combinations, from Tea smoked mackerel with horseradish potatoes and chive oil to Tarte Tatin with vanilla crème anglaise.

There will even be a professional Sommelier on hand to help guests taste wine and pair it with the dishes they have cooked.

Our expert chefs will make sure everyone has a wonderful time as they cook, and when you sit down to sample your creations, you’ll be amazed at what you’ve achieved.

This event usually runs for four hours and will include:

  • A glass of champagne or a Leiths seasonal cocktail or mocktail on arrival
  • A selection of homemade canapés on arrival
  • A Leiths white cotton apron to take home
  • A seasonal three course menu with dietary options chosen by you with help from our team
  • Guidance from our expert chefs (1 chef per 8 guests)
  • Coffee, tisanes and chocolate truffles
  • Recipes for all of the dishes to take home
  • A Leiths gift bag
  • One month’s email support for all your culinary queries
