Due to the coronavirus outbreak Leiths has made the difficult decision to cancel all planned courses (except the Intermediate Certificate Assessments and our online courses) until the 14th April. In these exceptional circumstances all students who have booked places on our courses will be offered the opportunity to cancel or reschedule their course. If you are currently in the process of taking a multi-part course, you will be offered new dates to complete the course later in the year. Of course we will be dealing with a high volume of calls and emails and we thank you for your understanding and patience during this unsettling time. We look forward to cooking with you at Leiths in the near future.


Join us for an exciting cookery class in the beautiful Leiths kitchens, a.k.a. food heaven!

Our Two Star package includes our beautiful handmade canapés, which are all original Leiths recipes such as Steamed prawn dumplings with ponzu dipping sauce or Leek and Godminster cheese croquettas.

In the run up to the event, we'll work with you to plan all the details, helping you select a menu of three delicious seasonal dishes.

Our bespoke classes are taught by the same chefs who teach our famous culinary Diploma. Our teachers have years of experience, both teaching and in the food industry, so you’ll be in very safe hands and receive plenty of individual attention.

And, as we are a professional cookery school, you won’t just learn to cook recipes, you’ll learn key culinary skills that can be used to cook a wide range of dishes once you get home.

Our Two Star event is three hours long, and will include:

  • A glass of champagne or elderflower cordial on arrival
  • A selection of canapés on arrival
  • A Leiths white cotton apron to take home
  • A seasonal 3 course menu with dietary options chosen by you with help from our team
  • Guidance from Leiths expert chefs (1 chef per 8 guests)
  • Half bottle of Louis Latour Mâcon-Villages” Chameroy” or Morgon “Les Corcelettes” wine per person with the meal
  • Coffee, tisanes and chocolate truffles
  • Recipes for all of the dishes to take home
  • A Leiths gift bag
