Summary Two Day Food Styling Course

Whether you’re considering a career change, or simply enjoy creating beautiful images for your Instagram feed, you should learn food styling from the best.

Our new food styling course has been specially designed by two of the best stylists in the business; Jayne Cross and Rebecca Woollard.

This means you’ll have the expertise of two top industry experts as you embark on your unique creative journey.

Over two days, you‘ll cook and style six different dishes, both working to specific briefs and getting the chance to flex your creative muscles.

The course will culminate in a professional photoshoot of your very own styled plate, for you to keep or use as a basis to start a portfolio.

Your Teachers

Jayne Cross is an industry heavyweight who has styled food for innumerable magazines, advertisements, TV shows and cookbooks over the past 20 years. She’s styled food for BBC Good Food, Tesco, Asda, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, and has two cookery books of her own.

Rebecca Woollard trained at Leiths and began her career at BBC Good Food and woman&home, rising through the ranks to become Food editor of delicious. magazine.

Both teachers still do high profile work for big clients (Rebecca's include Slimming World, Waitrose, Sainsbury's and The Co-op) so your teaching will be fully up-to-date and on trend.

As you style your dishes, Rebecca and Jayne will share endless tips and tricks, and this will make all the difference as you learn a new skill.

Charlie Richards is an independent photographer specialising in food and drink, shooting for a wide range of editorial, PR and marketing, packaging, design and advertising clients, from Waitrose to Good Housekeeping.
