A warm welcome to the home of all things healthy at Leiths!

Since Prue Leith and Caroline Waldegrave first opened our doors in 1975, Leiths has been all about fresh, unfussy food; whatever we’re cooking, flavour comes first.

It’s definitely peak season for fitness, but at Leiths, we believe in doing things a little differently. Firstly, we say no to guilt. We all needed to let our hair down over the festive season - it was good for the soul and we won’t apologise for that twelfth pig-in-blanket!

Secondly, we focus on sustainable change. This is a brilliant time to learn exactly what our body needs to feel full and stay nourished. Thirdly, we keep things delicious! We believe that moreish, nutrient-rich food can become so appealing, our cravings for empty calories fall away naturally.

If you’d like to learn how to cook nutritiously for the whole year, give one of our healthy cooking classes a try. We cater for vegan, gluten free and more, and we’d promise it’ll be enjoyable.

As you can probably tell, we love food at Leiths...healthy and otherwise! Our library is stocked with the latest cookbooks from Amelia Freer, Jo Pratt and Green Kitchen Stories. Our teachers scout out new vegan restaurants and paleo recipe boxes. The latest food science is hotly debated over morning coffee - it’s just part of the process!

We take great pride in helping our students develop new skills, understanding and flavour combinations, and hope to see you very soon.
