Our Professional Courses

The Leiths Diploma is an internationally renowned full time cookery course designed for those with professional culinary ambitions.

The Diploma in Food and Wine may be taken in three terms (with the student taking the Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Certificates) or in two terms (with the student taking the Intermediate and Advanced Certificates). The Foundation Certificate may also be taken as a standalone course.

Our popular Essential Certificate can be taken full time in August, as an evening course, or even online. We’ve also just launched The Essential Certificate - Part 2; a follow-on Evening course.

Finally, we offer a professional course in nutrition theory and cooking, and level one and level two wine courses certified by the WSET.
