If you are interested in taking the Leiths Two Term Diploma, which starts in January 2020, please do come along to our next event, The Leiths Two Term Diploma: An Evening of Inspiration, which will take place on 6th November 2019. You can find out more and book your space here.

If you would like to take the Foundation Certificate or the Three Term Diploma starting in 2020, please call us to to arrange a tour of the school and an informal interview during normal working hours. Please call the School on 0208 749 6400 to book. We will also be releasing details of our 2020 Open Evenings soon; please keep an eye on this page and sign up to our emails so you don’t miss the announcement.

For other professional courses, such as Nutrition in Practice and the Essential Certificate, an informal interview is not required and you may simply book online; however we are always happy to meet with you to discuss your culinary ambitions.

Training at Leiths

Whether you aspire to be a top chef, a food stylist, a food writer or an entrepreneur within the food industry, Leiths School of Food and Wine can help you realise your professional ambitions.

The Leiths Diploma is an internationally renowned full time cookery course designed for those with professional culinary ambitions.

The Diploma in Food and Wine may be taken in three terms (with the student taking the Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Certificates) or in two terms (with the student taking the Intermediate and Advanced Certificates). The Foundation Certificate may also be taken as a standalone course.

Alternatively, you may be interested in our Essential Cooking Certificate, which is a fast-paced four week course imparting all the essential skills you need for a lifetime of confident cooking. This can also be taken in the evening and online.

Nutrition in Culinary Practice is our sell-out nutrition course, accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Education Commission and designed/run in partnership with The Pure Package. This course is aimed at those looking to understand the essentials of nutrition while learning practical hands on cookery.
