Whether you aspire to be a top chef, a food stylist, a food writer or an entrepreneur within the food industry, Leiths School of Food and Wine can help you realise your professional ambitions.

The Leiths Diploma is an internationally renowned full time cookery course designed for those with professional culinary ambitions.

The Diploma in Food and Wine may be taken in two or three terms. The Foundation Certificate (the first term) may also be taken as a standalone course.

Alternatively, you may be interested in our Essential Cooking Certificate, which is a fast-paced four week course imparting all the essential skills you need for a lifetime of confident cooking. This can also be taken in the evening and online.

Nutrition in Culinary Practice is our sell-out nutrition course, accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Education Commission and designed/run in partnership with The Pure Package. This course is aimed at those looking to understand the essentials of nutrition while learning practical hands on cookery.
